Michael has worked and trained with the best in the business. He is also a certified Redken Artist and Educator allowing him to share his extensive knowledge and experience with other passionate haircolorists. He is the spokesperson and artist behind the Zoto’s new Age Beautiful haircolor line.

Graduated from Aveda Institute; apprenticed under Warren Tricomi and completed apprenticeship at De Berardinis.

Attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy, Los Angeles, CA.; Wella Studios seminar speaker, New York; Was a Senior Colorist/Instructor at Vidal Sassoon New York Salon.

Training / Experience:

Lauren started her hair training at Aveda Institute in Soho.   After getting her license, she freelanced before finding her home here at DeBerardinis where she apprenticed two and a half years under some of the finest colorists in Manhattan.

Specialty:

Lauren loves rich multidimensional brunettes, vibrant blondes, and vivacious red heads.  She also has extensive experience in Keratin treatments.  She is well versed in Kerastase products to help clients’ protect and extend their color life.

Lauren feels each of her clients is special and deserves celebrity attention.

Justin W

Training / Experience:

From a young age he realized he had an affinity for making hair into art. After attending Kent State University for Visual Communication Design, he relocated to Boston, Massachusetts.  Realizing his passion for hair and creating were still with him, he attended Empire Beauty School. He left Boston as a Senior Stylist, Educator, and Creative Director at Emerge Spa and Salon.  He has participated in Goldwell Colorzoom and New York Fashion Week multiple times. He works as a Kerastase T.E.C.H. Artist and educates all over the northeast.

Cut, Color, Styling, and Great Lengths Extensions

Justin has worked New York Fashion Week and behind the scenes in many shoots and commercials. From beauty magazine editors, edgy fashion designers, some of the top models in the industry, and you. He believes everyone should leave his chair feeling like a celebrity.

I look at hair as an art form. I create pieces based off of the canvases I am given and no two pieces are the same.

Hayden K

Color Specialist

Training / Experience:

For more than 12 years, Hayden has been providing his clients with truly customized color and styling. From his early starts at styling at the Grammys and the Martha Stewart show, his career includes apprenticeships with Gabriel Trujillo Everett, Paul Labrecque, and Yusef Williams (hair stylist for Rihanna and Michelle Obama). A true believer that it is essential for a stylist to keep up with the innovations of the industry, Hayden is constantly adding to his repertoire by continuing his training with Aveda, Redken, Wella and Milbond USA. At De Berardinis, Hayden has found the ideal place in which to offer clients the ultimate New York hair experience - luxurious, creative and innovative.

Specialty:
