Born in Toronto in 1976, Adrian De Berardinis hails from a hair styling family legacy. Even at the young age of ten, he spent most of his childhood in his father's hair salon, famously serving coffee and tending to clients that frequented his family’s establishment.

His mother - Sharon, a world-class hair colorist, has been a darling of the Greenwich elite for the last 15 years, pioneered the "Perfect Blond". She created the salon service standard and quenched demand in the wealthy bedroom community that allowed these  urbanites to forgo travel into Manhattan's Fifth Avenue Salons - choosing to satisfy their exacting styling needs in Greenwich instead.

His father – legendary stylist  Giancarlo De Berardinis, and his Uncle - Massimo De Berardinis, created a hair styling empire in Canada, the U.S. and Asia that reigned supreme for nearly three decades (70's, 80's and early 90's) - making them the most respected and sought after hair-stylists in the World.

Adrian’s childish fascination with the hair styling art-form evolved into intrinsic knack, becoming apparent as he would often style his family members' hair in braided up-do's and chignons. While pursuing a degree in Communications in Dallas, TX, Adrian earned his extra spending money by giving hair cuts in his dormitory to fellow students, further fueling his discovery and interest for hairdressing.
 
Lifelong exposure to his father’s passion for hairdressing, coupled with his personal ambition and innate creative desire, Adrian attained his cosmetology license in New York City while assisting at the Flatiron District’s hottest salon, Antonio Prieto Salon, ultimately serving as its Creative Director. The culmination of leadership, experience, and advanced training earned Adrian the confidence and clientele clout necessary to pursue his dream of opening his own New York City location - De Berardinis Salon, in the heart of Chelsea.

Almost ready to celebrate five years of successful operation, Adrian and his talented team of hair designers have already graced the pages of Vogue, WWD Beauty, Allure, Gotham, Hamptons and American Salon, among others. Adrian’s keen fashion insight and credentialed perspective has propelled him into ‘Hair-Fashion Guru’ status amongst the elite for the Hair, Fashion, Beauty, and Show Biz Industry.
